Mastery: effortlessly charismatic yet humble; you’re naturally playful, optimistic and full of humor; these qualities easily inspire others to be positive about the future.
If imbalanced: If weak, you may be overwhelmed by negative thoughts, which can lead to depression, hopelessness, anger or intolerance. Fear of expressing your power because of the responsibility that comes with it may also occur. If too strong, you may make foolish choices and possibly lead others to, as your influential positive projection, obscures the perception of possible dangers.
Key to Balancing: If too weak, strengthen your Navel Point (Third Chakra); be more assertive, use positive affirmations and model the hopeful behaviors of those people with a strong positive projection. If too strong - strengthen your Negative Mind by modeling the behaviors of people who are successful in protecting themselves, making well educated decisions concerning the future and sensing potential challenges.
Affirmation: I am, I can, and I will
Today we are working at the top of the Descending colon, in the Heart and left lung meridians, which are associated with the love we give and receive. The lungs are the wings to the heart. Are you ready to let your Heart FLY?! Remember to take 6 deep long slow breaths several times a day! Eventually your body will get used to it and start taking its own deep breaths!
No Breath, no life!
Know Breath, know LIFE!
In the third chakra we are feeling our WILL. When we are grounded in our root and expressive with our feelings, we can then express our WILL TO BE, to participate with life and to clearly express our needs. Our Will is God/Goddesses Will, and as we start to feel and express from our own center, my WILL becomes Thy WILL, and Thy WILL be Done! The WILL is the mother essence of who you are. She comes up from the Earth to have her expression through you, just as SPIRIT (father) comes from above to have its expression through you. W, when they meet, the Heart of Love is born, and body becomes REAL! This cleanse is a total 3rd chakra healing. The path of purification and healing are just that, a path, not a destination.
As we peel the layers of our consciousness and energy, we find more and more to heal, and that is good, because healing is what brings us back to our wholeness in the totality of our BEING! Remember you are not your thoughts, thoughts are like clouds in the sky, and you are the sky. Let the clouds come and going knowing that you are the infinite sky. There may be a lot of mental things coming up today, let it come and let it go. Who are you without the thoughts, focus on that! THAT you ARE. The truth is you are pure consciousness, pure soul, pure awareness, and you get TO BE! And BEing is the greatest gift! To life!
Attention, Intention and Will are Key to Bend your Reality:
Attention is central to our conscious awareness. When we focus our attention on something, we open to ideas, learn faster, get solutions and achieve goals. Attention is laser focusing the energy of our awareness on something. Intention is focusing our whole consciousness, the full spectrum of our consciousness beyond your waking consciousness, onto something. Intention is not thinking, awareness or visualizsing imagery only, although these are part of it. Intention comes from an ‘open heart’ and that is where real power lies. Intention is fearless and lacks preconceptions or expectations. When you truly intend something, you are sending out a ripple in that web of interconnected consciousness and it will respond accordingly.
The will goes hand in hand with intention. You can have will without intention but cannot have intention without will. Will is when you are emotionally aligned with your intention. Will together with intention can truly bend reality and make even the oddest of outcomes possible.
Emotional body healing
In the Victim Game, there are only Losers.
All the roles in the victim game – victim, perpetrator, helper, and judge -- are closely intertwined and interdependent. They are all needed for this game to go on. The victim needs the perpetrator and vice versa, the helper strengthens the victim identity, and the judge strengthens the perpetrator/criminal identity; and the dance goes on, all roles powered by disrespect and abuse.
The victim role powered by the lack of self-respect, the perpetrator by the lack of respect for the victim's Freedom and Free will, the helpers powered by the lack of respect for the victim’s own powers, the judges by the lack of respect for the perpetrator's Freedom and Free Will. The role players are all True Losers, all living in the energy of Disrespect and Abuse and Fear.
This game is creating endless dramas because drama is the inevitable outcome of disrespect abuse and fear. And still, it is the game the “human collective” is choosing to engage in. The only way to “win” is to refuse to play this game. It is to make the individual choice to Respect every living being’s Freedom and Free Will, and then all the drama will be over. Of course, new invitations to the game will come, but we are always Free to say NO!

Devil (de-will) or Divine
Key Question: Will I allow myself to be hopeful, Will I allow myself to experience the good things in life?
We all have a “little devil” within us, that voice that projects its negative influence over our reality. That tells us we are not enough, that we are bad, that others are bad and not good enough etc.
Our true nature is pure divinity, we are THAT! We find divinity within by knowing our true nature, which is the TRUTH of WHO YOU ARE. When we are knowing of our divinity, we can project our will into the Divine will.
“Thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven” is a clear expression of as above so below. It is your own higher self, directing the lower self in THE Divine Will. When our will is in alignment with our higher self, we experience ease and grace, everything in right time, right place. Perfect synchronicity with LIFE!
WE are grateful and appreciative for LIFE itself, and that is our Ultimate projection! Your body is a projection of your consciousness, remember that and you will be more aware of what you are projecting. BE careful not to project onto others unless it is the highest divine light, all else is a denial of our own light as well as our “little devil” projecting itself onto others!
Dis-ease is also projection, be at ease with yourself and others, let things be as they are, and you will see life for what it is, a magnificent play of divine creation! Then we become co-creators with life and there you Will know God/Goddess, All That IS.
