Sustenance Considerations

  • Soft pureed soups

  • Vegetable or bone broth

  • Fresh juices and coconut water


Grocery List

We recommend choosing organic or natural and as fresh as possible whenever possible.


  • Coconut water

  • Coconut Milk

  • Vegetable or bone broth

  • Fresh vegetables

  • Fresh herbs

  • Fresh spices

  • Fresh fruit (If making fruit juice. After day 3 no fruits or carrots.)

  • Chlorophyll

  • Spirulina


Carrot Ginger Coconut Soup (only for first 3 days of cleanse)


  • 1-2 pounds carrots

  • Thumb size ginger

  • Turmeric

  • Onion

  • Garlic

  • 1 cup coconut milk

Cook all ingredients until nice and soft then pureed in blender or vitamix until smooth



Broccoli Soup

  • 2 heads broccoli, steamed

  • Coconut milk

  • Mineralizing vegetable broth

  • Onions

  • Celery

  • Carrots

  • Leeks

  • Fennel

  • 1 small potato

  • Nutritional yeast to taste

  • Spirulina to taste


Simmer for several hours on low heat, strain, and drink throughout the day.



7 Veggie Soup


  • Cauliflower

  • Broccoli

  • Onion

  • Kale

  • Spinach

  • Celery

  • Vegetable of your choice!

Steam cauliflower, broccoli, celery, and onion until soft, then add in greens at the end. Puree until smooth.
