Vegetable or bone broth

Fresh fruit (If making fruit juice. After day 3 no fruits or carrots.)

Spirulina
Carrot Ginger Coconut Soup (only for first 3 days of cleanse)
1-2 pounds carrots
Thumb size ginger
Turmeric
Onion
Garlic
1 cup coconut milk
Cook all ingredients until nice and soft then pureed in blender or vitamix until smooth
Broccoli Soup
2 heads broccoli, steamed
Coconut milk
Mineralizing vegetable broth
Onions
Celery
Carrots
Leeks
Fennel
1 small potato
Nutritional yeast to taste
Spirulina to taste
Simmer for several hours on low heat, strain, and drink throughout the day.
7 Veggie Soup
Cauliflower
Broccoli
Onion
Kale
Spinach
Celery
Vegetable of your choice!
Steam cauliflower, broccoli, celery, and onion until soft, then add in greens at the end. Puree until smooth.
